How do I submit a community suggestion?

Open the app and go to Settings, then tap Suggestions. Your suggestion will be reviewed before it appears publicly. Submissions are anonymous — no account or personal information is required.

My suggestion wasn't approved. Why?

All suggestions go through manual moderation. Submissions may be declined if they are off-topic, duplicate an existing suggestion, contain prohibited content, or simply aren't a good fit for the game at this time. We don't provide individual rejection reasons, but we review everything carefully.

How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?

All purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple — we are unable to process refunds on their behalf.

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase.

The app crashed or I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email us with a brief description of what happened, the device model, and the iOS version you're running. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful but not required. We investigate all reports.

My game progress was lost. Can it be restored?

All game progress is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to our servers. If you deleted the app, restored your device without a backup, or changed devices without a backup, progress cannot be recovered by us. We recommend enabling iCloud backups on your device to protect your save data.

What data does AnyLife collect?

Very little. AnyLife does not require an account and your gameplay is stored entirely on your device. When you use the community features, a device identifier (not linked to your identity) and any suggestion text you submit are stored on our servers in the EU. Server logs (IP address, request timestamps) are also kept temporarily for security purposes.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email us and we will delete any community submissions or associated device identifiers linked to your device. Please note: because device identifiers are anonymous and not linked to any account, we may ask you to provide the identifier as it appears in the app to locate your records accurately.

Why is my device blocked from submitting suggestions?

Devices may be temporarily or permanently restricted from using community features if they are associated with spam, abusive submissions, or attempts to circumvent rate limits. If you believe this is an error, contact us with your device details and we will review it.

Is AnyLife available on Android?

AnyLife is currently available on iOS only via the Apple App Store. There are no plans to announce regarding other platforms at this time.
